Can I Contract Any Infection Through Anal Sex If Anus Is Bruised?

Ok so I m gay and I have a friend and he wants to have sex with me and I want to have sex with him to but iv seen pics of his butt hole and it looks purple!?! Should I be worried...it kinda looks bruised and it doesn t seem to have a lump either it s just the rim of his butt hole is purple... Could I catch something from that even with a condom on... What s wrong I hope he s ok

Thank you for query.If the anal area and opening looks bruised it might be due to injury,irritation ,infections, Stds etc.it is better to avoid to prevent transmission of std and also it may exacerbate the problem in the individual.Please get it investigated by a doctor for further management.
