Can I Consume Cranberry Drink If Suffering From Diabetes?

Hi there, my husband as type 2 diabetis.we have been looking for a drink that will not affect his diabetis.He gets rather thirsty at times but find tap water very boring.We have been buying the co-opertive spring water which he enjoys. The one he likes is the Mandarin & Cranberry drink.Noe a friend has advised me that is probabley not good for him becauce it containspotassium sorbate.Can you please advice me,i would be very grateful.Thanking You Mrs Rose Blaylock.

Hello,
Craneberry juice should not be taken as it would disturb the blood sugar levels.
The best drink to be taken is plain lemon water with a dash of salt in it.
You can even take coconut water also.
All types of fruit juices and carbonated drinks should be avoided.
