i have been diagnosed with hyperthyroid since i was 9, i'm currently 23, i weigh 158lbs and height wise i'm 5'9. i stopped taking my meds for about 5 or so months and recently i've had really bad headaches, almost like pressure in my head in several places. is this related to the thyroid issue? i was told it was, but it's been about 3 months and the headaches are still there.
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of hyperthyroidism and you stopped medicine. Your headache and pressure feeling in head may be due to hyperthyroidism.
You should check your T3, T4 and TSH level and start medicine accordingly. Once it is controlled you will feel relief from symptoms.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you very good health.
