Can High Level Of Prolactin Cause Dizziness?

Hi, can high level of prolactin cause dizziness. I have had dizziness over a year, very uncomfortable. Bp normal, heart normal, blood sugar level normal. Pls help.. Pls save me from my dizziness. I don t want to lie down all the time. I want to go back to my normal activities..

High levels of Prolactin by itself will not cause Dizziness, but the cause of High Prolactin can cause Dizziness.

One of the cause of High Prolactin levels is Tumour in Pituitary gland and that can cause giddiness. If not done kindly get a MRI brain to check whether any tumours are there or not .

If you MRI comes clean then we shall investigate for the other causes of Dizziness.

High prolactin levels not related to dizziness directly. But needs to be evaluated, consult neurologist and imaging studies of brain has to be done and cause for prolactin abnormality.
