Hi
Based on your query, my opinion is
1. High blood pressure does not cause tremors.
2. Tremors are caused most often due to anxiety. If you are not anxious, then you will have to rule out other causes like hyperthyroidism and parrkinsons.
3. You need to be regular with your medication for hypertension and high cholesterol
4. Get a thyroid function test done.
5. Make lifestyle modifications in the form of regular exercise, diet rich in fibres and proteins.
Hope this helps
Regards
