Can High Blood Pressure Cause Double Vision?
Can high blood pressure cause double vision?. I ve been diagnosed with 4th nerve palsy on my right eye. Blood pressure seems to have jumped to 160 s over 90 s from 130 over 80 wHich it has been at for the last 8 years or so. MRI showed nothing abnormal.

High blood pressure can cause damage to the blood vessels of eye. It may affect vision. Double vision although less likely but may be a consequence of longstanding uncontrolled high blood pressure. 4th nerve (superior oblique muscles of the eye) palsy can also contribute to the vision issues.
