Can High T4 And Suppressed TSH Be Indicative Of Pitutary Tumor?

I had rait for graves disease. I was suppose to have 2 treatments and was put on tapazole and then put on thyroid medicine.I have been on the same dose of thyroid meds for years and now it is showing high t4 and suppressed tsh .The endo is checking antibodies .My question is can graves disease flair up again or is it a pituatary tumor.

Firstly, a low TSH indicates "primary Hyperthyroidism". It is very UNLIKELY now that a pituitary tumor is there. "Pituitary tumor maybe ruled out".

antibodies result would give a clear picture of your current presentation.
and/OR you may need consider another treatment option.
now , in your case, if you have a clear diagnosis of Graves disease, you maybe take an advice from your treating physician for a
'Radioiodine therapy".
