Can Herbalife Causes Symptoms Of Nausea, Headache And Fatigue?
I have been taking herbalife and exercising 3-4 times a week i don t know if this is the reason or adding to my symptoms of nausea, headaches and fatigue. i have been experiencing those on and of since end of december my period was late in january and is now 4 days late for February what could be wrong?
Nausea, headaches and fatigue, in your situation may be sides effect of Herbalife. They are known as side effect of Herbalife. If you exercise regularly I would suggest to stop taking them, and trying to eat more fruit and vegetables. I do not consider them important for your lifestyle, so you can manage without them.
If the symptoms persists 2 weeks more after you have stopped herbalife, I would suggest a blood analysis to check for the situation of the electrolytes.
Meanwhile, try to exercise regularly (as You do) eating a balanced diet, without supplements.
All the best, Eni Manoku M.D
