Can Herbal Tea Be Taken Along With Amlodipine, Simvastatin And Doxazosin?

my husband is on prescription drugs, amlodipine, simvastatin and doxazosin. we just got a herbal slimming tea that contains folium nelumbinis, semen cassiae, semen raphani, fructus cannabis, flos auranti and pollen pini extractum. i wanted to know if it is safe for him to take the tea.

The contents of the tea as described contain substances that are just like taking a medication. Prescription medicines interaction with one another is studied. The interaction with herbal medicine and prescription medicines is not known. While there is no indication of concern, no one can say with any certainty.
