Can Hemangioma Treatment Only Be Started After Immunization?

My 2 month daughter have large hemangioma in Rt arm + Rt leg + in lever. the hemangioma on rt arm recurrent bleeding with secondary infection Dr. said treatment can be start only after 6month when all immunization of her will finished. should we have to wait for the immunization
