Can Height Growth Be Induced Through Herbal Body Growth Formula?

I am 22 years old, my height is 5.2 and i want to increase my height, after seeing advertisement of Dr. ayurveda and stepup herbal body growth formula, i would like to buy but before that i want make sure that it is true at this age i can increase my height, pls. advice

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Before going for any treatment for height increase, it is important to know certain facts.
Height in males and females increases till the time the growth plate present at ends of long bones is open.
The growth plate closes by the time girls and boys reach puberty and the age of puberty is between 10-13 in females (onset of menarche) and between 13-15 in males (appearance of beard and mustaches).
Thus, by age of 22 in both males and females, the growth plate is closed and there is no natural way for height increase.
But surgical procedures are available for height increase.
These procedures involve increase in height by increasing length of long bones of legs.
But no procedure is available for increasing overall height.
You need to consult an orthopedician for the surgical procedure available.
