Can Heat Cause Swelling Of Lips?

Hi, I have an employee who has been working in extreme heat. He was feeling fatigued so we removed him from difficult work and placed him on light duty to rest a bit. He has worked most of a shift today on very light duty and feels fine, says he is drinking lots of fluids and has been all week. Out of nowhere his upper lift has swollen quite large today. Can this be heat related? He cannot think of anything he has eaten.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that the symptom of lip swelling could be due to the heat, but the fatigue need to be investigated you have not mentioned the age, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
