Can Headache Be Due To Eyes Rolling?

This is going to sound stupid, but I rolled my eyes at a text I read last night and I had a slight headache for a couple hours after, then I woke up this morning and possibly rolled my eyes again at something someone said because I thought it was dumb and now I have the same headache with some pressure behind and above my left eye. Is this just from my eyes rolling back or something more?

Thank you for choosing HCM

It is possible that rolling your eyes is the trigger factor for the headache. It is possible that the small muscles in that small area are damaged and this is causing the issue. This damage increases and leads to the headache.

There are a few things you can do:
Avoid rolling your eyes
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Drink lots of water
Take one tablet paracetamol 500 when you feel like you are about to have a headache
Inhale steam to clear the nasal passages in case that is causing the headache

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hope this helps you
