General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
I can understand your concerns of having unprotected sex.

Yes, there is a substantial high risk of getting sexually transmitted diseases following unprotected sex (vaginal, anal or oral) particularly when you do not know much about your partner's health status.

If you get any symptom like rash, discharge from the penis, itching, etc you should visit a doctor for proper clinical examination and relevant lab tests to rule out the possibility of the STDs.
Condom will not only prevent unwanted pregnancy but also the transmission of STDs.
So, be careful while having sex with unknown females.
Hope this answers your query.
