Can Having Diclofenac 75mg Twice A Day Lead To Weakness And Cramps?

I have had major back surgery and have nerve damage and was almost in a wheel chair. After back surgery I got where I could walk but real wobbly. About 3 months ago my Doctor change my arthritis medicine to diclofenac 75 mg twice a day. I have been gradually getting weaker and more unsteady on my feet plus leg spasms or cramping. Could the medicine be the cause of this?
