Can Hard Stuck Stools Be Removed With Enema?

I can t pass a stool, so I ate a lot of grapes which usually helps. The product of eating the grapes is coming out fine but not pushing out the hard stool, which seems to be stuck in front of the rectum, because I can feel it by touching my perineum. I had a friend bring me a saline enema, but it talks about causing the urge. I have the urge every time I stand up after lying down from the pain, but only the liquidy stuff comes out. Will the enema help do you think?
