Hi,

First of all, don’t be ashamed. Many men have female-type breasts, especially when they are obese. But even thinner men may develop breasts due to hormonal reasons. What is important to know is that men with breasts also have a risk of breast cancer, this has to be checked by your GP from time to time

Otherwise a cosmetic surgery is the only way to get rid of gynecomastia. But why should you do that? It’s better to learn to accept the situation than to go through a surgery; and there are tight/compressing shirts available for men who want to hide their gynecomastia.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
