Gram positive cocci in the semen are not a symptom of HIV. They may be seen with bacterial infections. The VDRL is a test for syphilis. It is reassuring that it is negative. Syphilis is not associated with gram positive cocci. I am not familiar with the tlc test in the USA- it may go by another name here. Is it a test for sexually transmitted disease? But again it's being negative is reassuring. Since you are very worried about HIV, I suggest that you get a blood test for it to be certain.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
