Can Gluten Free Diet Lead To Anemia?

I have been feeling extremely fatigued, and I am on a glueten free diet due to stomach concerns. When I went to the doctor, she said that i had swollen glands around my neck. I just took some blood work and have only received information from the nurses that my I am anemic...are these two related? Can my diet cause anemia?

If someone come into my clinic with same problem, i would ask them quit from having gluten free diet. This diet is lack of nutrients. This will cause health problems like fatigue, weakness, anaemias.
