Can Gastritis Cause An Elevated Sed Rate?

Can gastritis cause an elevated sed rate? What are the most common causes of gastritis. I am not on any NSAID, or other drugs. No alcohol... My sed rate came back as 66. 3 weeks prior I had an endoscopy with biopsys taken. I would think this could affect sed rate, but like I said it was 3 weeks prior.
