Can Gastric Bypass Cure Extremely Painful And Bloated Stomach Post Food Intake?

I am disabled and have numerous diagnoses. But, within the past month or month and a half, I feel fine until I try and eat. It only takes very few bites and I feel like my abdomen is going to explode. I have been waiting to have a gastric bypass done because when they put a 24 hour probe into my stomach I had 7x the amount of acid that a normal person would have. The drs. say the bypass is the only way to get rid of all of that acid. But, now I m scared to eat anything for fear of the feeling and pain in my abdomen. It is affecting everything in my life.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most probable reason as long as the given symptoms are concern and that could be dyspepsia and it may be due to some intestinal infection may be associated with hyperacidity and it can be best treated with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for 7 days and "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time for four weeks, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
