Hello, this is Dr. Herisa Palla answering your question
The ways HIV can be transmitted are the following:
- Unprotected sexual intercourse, especially receptive anal intercourse
-A large number of sexual partners
-Prior or current sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) increase the HIV transmission risk
-Sharing of intravenous drug
-Receipt of blood products
-Maternal HIV infection (for newborns, infants, and children)

So you have been through 16 tests each of them negative in a period of time for 22 months. There is no reason to feel infected.
I think every symptom you can feel has not to do with HIV, adding the fact that there is no evidence that HIV can be transmitted through saliva.
I hope that my answer helps you. Best regards
