Can Foot Pain Due To Morton S Neuroma And Plantar Fasciitis Be Treated?

For two months, I ve did physical therapy for pain my right foot and for strengthening my back muscles. My back is feeling better but not my foot. Last week, I was diagnosed by a podiatrist to have both a Morton s neuroma and plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I had a steroid shot that has not helped at all. Are there any NATURAL remedies? Thanks much for the consult.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from Morton s neuroma and plantar fasciitis in right foot .You had a steroid shot for these but these were not relieved by it.You want to know natural remedies for it. Hot fomentation, avoiding long standing is of help.Soft shoes are recommended. One should avoid bare foot walking even at home. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
