Can Food Allergy Cause Itching Sensation And Swelling On Ears?

i just ate tacos using ortega taco kit, and now my ears are itchy, red, and beginning to swell.. does that mean im having an allergic reaction? this used to happen to me when i had dyed my hair but i havent dyed my hair in years now and i dont know what its from. What should i do?

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms itchy red and swollen ears after eating tacos is a sign of allergic reaction.
You can take anti-allergics like Cetrizine or Fexofenadine (Allegra) for relief from the allergy symptoms..
Take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
Do cold compresses over the ears..

To rule out the exact irritant that is causing allergy symptoms consult an Allergist and get evaluated and he can advise you to get a blood test done for allergic testing so that the allergens will be ruled out as the antibodies are formed in blood against the allergy causing agent..
Avoiding exposure to the allergens once they are ruled out is the best way to prevent allergic attack..
