I have flat feet/no arch...should i be doing excercises to give me an arch in my foot? leave my feet alone the way they are because i m born that way? flat footed people do or do not where arch supports? should i add an arch insert support in my shoes if i should be fixing my arch? my feet hurt after standing more than five minutes barefooted on hard surfaces also my arches bother me when i do calf excercises in the gym most of the time...i don t use too much weight i was told by a trainer
