Can Fish Oil Supplements Lead To Weight Gain?

I have been taking Fish Oil supplements over a long period. I am 72 years and weigh 63 kilos medium height but have gained a few kilos of weight around my abdomen spreading over the last year or so could this weight gain be caused from my taking my fish oil supplement.

I had gone through your case, i want to say that fish oil contain omega -3 fatty acid which not affect to gain the weight. Your weight gain may be due to some different cause like sedentary life style or taking any other medicine. Hope my answer will be effective for you.
