Can Feeding More Leads To Frequent Urination And Stools For Just Born?

I have premature triplet baby born on 23/2/14 now as breast feed is not sufficient they are on dexolac special care gradually they start feeding more as a result increase in number of stool meanwhile they passes urine very frequently is this normal please advise

Passing urine very frequently by young babies is a normal phenomena.
Considering milk has a large amount of water as its ingradient it is easily understandable.
I hope you are adding proper amount of water during mixing it with milk powder (1ounce of water for each level scoop of milk ).
If your babies are having no significant symptoms (lethargy/not gaining proprer weifght/excessive crying during passing of urine/fever/abnormal color of urine/unusual smell of urine) it can safely be taken as normal.
Passing a normal looking stool, many times in a day (4-6) is also of not any significance
