Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to inform you that febrex contains paracetamol, which is given to treat fever. But tablet sinarest also contains paracetamol along with antihistamine and decongestant.
I would suggest that you should consult your treating doctor for further advise on the use of the suitable medicine in your case.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
