Can Fatigue Cause Dizziness?
Can fatigue cause dizziness? I just drove a distance without adequate sleep, and now I m feeling dizzy. I ve done this before, but never have I felt dizzy from being sleepy. I took my blood pressure pill this morning, but wondering if this dizziness is due to hbp or fatigue. Should I take another blood pressure pill? Thank you.

Yes, it can be due to fatigue and lack of sleep.
Before taking BP medicines you need to get your pressure checked. It's not fair if you are taking medicines without monitoring it.
You get you BP measured and also take rest and adequate fluids, you will relieve.
