Can Face Injury Cause Night Mares And Mild Concussion?
I have a friend that has a mild concussion after a can fell from her cabinet and hit her in the face between her eyes. Can this type of injury result in sudden nightmares and episodes of bad dreams that seem to be dreams that may cause injury now or just memories of something that happened in the past.

It is not common to have face injuries with psychological symptoms. Still I would recommend to get CT scan for any brain injuries. If this is normal than he will need psychiatric counselling.
