Welcome to healthcare magic! It is norma to masturbate at your age and it doesn't cause the symptoms you have enlisted. Are you overstressed? How frequently do you exercise? Is your diet balanced? Focus on exercise , at least 5 days a week for 1 hour. Join gymnasium or sports. Consult dietitian for proper diet. Develop some hobby. If it doesn't respond then consult physician. A consultation with psychiatrist may be helpful.
