i am 24 years old, i masturbate a lot,for the last couple of months i am having a bit pain in my penis and also have frequent weak erections throughout the day. I also think that my penis size and girth is reduced and it is quite embarrassing, i know this might not be due to over masturbation.,but i am terrified
