Can Enlarged Prostate Cause Severe Pain In Sides Of Stomach And Blood In Stools?

What type of condition(s) would cause these symtoms in a male, age 47, that previously has never had medical issues:
- severe pain on both sides of stomach that feels like it's pulling up on his testicles, which is intermitent from severe to just uncomfortable, but mostly just uncomfortable
- blood in stool 2 times about 10 days apart
- CT showed enlarged prostate, thickening of bladder and of the stomach
- the last 6 months has noticed that when he has to urinate, he can't wait
- is painful when Dr. pushed on his bladder under the belly button, but not on either side or above it
- no change in appetite, never been constipated, no nausea
- subject does not smoke, but has chewed tobacco since he was a teenager
