Can Elevated Sugar Level Trigger The Function Of Large Intestine?

I recently went to the ER because i had bad stomach pain. Turned out i had some bad blockages and was told i was totally filled with POO. Even where fluids were supposed to be i was filled with poo. Xray showed i was full.I been on 15 mgs of Methadone for Chronic pain in my back for 3 months..I drink 2 ltr of water a day. I was filled with compacted poo and with Enemas and a shot to stomach fat and it began coming out and i was hurting. The drs said it was my sugar and sugar made my intestines, stomach and colon block up bad. Dr took my sugar and it was just about 300- 400. I went home and for 5 days i cant get it to lower more then like 185. I have gone almost 24 hrs of nothing except water and it would be 275 and and 20hrs later it would just go up to like 300,sometimes to almost 350 and that was fasting. I take that Miralax 2 times daily but dont go daily and i find that i am binding up again and i get sore in the belly intestine area..I am becoming somewhat fearful that something is really wrong. My PCP does not honestly have a clue. Should i call an Endo DR? Or should i go back to ER.? i TAKE A SHOT OF LEVIMER 2 TIMES A DAY LIKE 10-15MGS of it but to no avail. Please instruct of what i should do..I live alone and i am 63 yrs old and i went down to 145 and i got it up some to 160 and it goes down again.I urinate every 40-60 min around the clock.. Thank you .
