Can Elevated Keotone Levels In The Body Cause Alcoholic Breath?
I have a client in mental health counseling who is being reviewed for signs of alcohol on her breath. I have treated this person before and there are no signs of alcoholism. I was wondering if people at work may be smelling ketones. She is on a diet and I know in some cases ketones can be released and might be mistaken for alcohol.
