Can Elevated Creatinine Level Cause Lower Back Pain?

i am having pain in the right side of my back lower rib area. my doctor said that my creatinin levels are elevated. I have also been feeling like I need to urinate and I have to sit on the toilet for a bit before I can actually go. I am worried about it but I have nor burning when I urinate only pain in my pack which has worsened with time and I constantly feel like I am choking and I cough, which I don t have a cold.

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would advise that an Ultrasound of KUB region should be done to view your kidney and bladder. Kidney disease can cause pain in the region you have mentioned.
A clinical evaluation by a Nephrologist/Urologist will help in planning your further medical management.
