Can Eating "wild Rice" Cause Worms In The Intestine?

I ate a pinchful of Uncle Ben's packaged rice, "raw" All the rice(long grain and white) was listed as parboiled but the "wild" rice was not listed as parboiled. Just as wildrice. I am not even sure I ate a grain of the wild rice..But nonetheless I am really paranoid now that I may have given myself worms? What are the odds of this, and could intestinal worm eggs or larva even survive that long in those packaged boxes? Thanks.

Woow, That's a real questions....The odds are low to get a worm straight away. If you get one, you will have a loss of appetite, altered bowel, pain in the belly, anemia.
