Hi
You have developed a skin problem known as IED ( Infectious eczematoid dermatitis) . It can originate in something as simple as an insect bite and and develop secondary infection also. The surrounding area due to constant itching can become eczematous
You can apply mometasone with Fusidic acid ( Momate F ) cream twice daily. In addition you can take levocetrizine 5 mg daily at bed time for a week.
