Can Dizziness Be A Result Of Gastritis And Excessive Alcohol Consumption?

Hi I'm 25, 6' feet, 230, no serious medical problems, I broke my jaw 6 years ago have 2 titanium plates, pretty bad gastritis, well my question or concern I have was lastnight I drank to beers I've been drinking for about 6 to seven years now was a heavy drinker then stop for year then started again and lastnight I drank 2 beers then felasleep face down and woke up with my right hand swollen and a dry white powdery fingertips and pawlm would you have any idea wat it could be? Please reply thank you, the swelling whent down and washed my hand it looks normal again but sort of hurts

Hi! I feel that your hand might have received trauma during the time that you were under the influence. The very fact that you mention that the swelling has gone down indicates recent injury, which indeed is very possible given the fact that beer causes decreased pain sensations on injury.
