Can Diarrhea, Stuffy Nose And Sinus Aches Be Signs Of Flu Or Food Poisoning?

Wednesday morning queasy, Thursday 3am stomach pain diarrhea, friday no more diarrhea, increased appetite despite nausea, plus now stuffy nose, sinus aches, body aches, fatigue.
I am eating pretty well despite the queasy feeling. I am definitely not pregnant. Saturday I have slept most of the day. Please tell me is this flu or food poisoning?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

All your symptoms can happen in both flu or food poisoning but the treatment remains more or less the same.

Keep yourself well hydrated and do not take oily or spicy food for the next couple of weeks
If you have signs of infection like fever and body ache then you can start antibiotic in consultation with your doctor
In any case the infection will become better in a couple of days and if it does not become better then you must consult an ENT doctor as soon as possible
get well soon

regards
