Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings form HCM,
Please take your sugars seriously. Your value is on the higher side. So you will need to first check for ketone bodies in urine. My personal suggestion would be to go to the nearest hospital and get the tests done and depending on the clinical condition take the decision about hospitalization. Yes, if your ketone bodies are negative you wont always need admission although you will need to hydrate yourself adequately.
Hope i have answered your query.
