General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you need a more specific and approximate psychological support. Better consult with a psychologist. To me, you'll get benefits from psychotherapy.

Meanwhile, should get more emotionally involved with your family and friends.

Take note that we are not God, we can manage to do as much as we can and not get overload.

Putting everything on God's hand will help stabilize your complicated and negative thoughts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
