General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Dehydration can cause electrolytes imbalance which can effect the EKG but levels of potassium, and calcium may be done to confirm. Also, Norma variations may exist and may be noted hence so if no intervention was advised it might be just routine changes and may need be needing intervention. You can share the EkG in premium inquiry on this forum for further guidance.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
