I SHAVED MY HAIRS IN THE PUBLIC AREA AND A DAY LATER I WAS ITCHY SO I APPLIED CORTIZONE 10. A DAY LATER I NOTICED THAT MY TESTICLES AND PENIS WAS QUITE SWQLLEN. COULD THIS BE A REACTION TO THE CORTIZONE OR SHOULD I SEE A DOCTOR AND IF SO, WHAT KIND OF SPECIALTY DOCTOR.
