Can Controlling Ejaculation Cause A Hernia In The Penis?
Hello, last night during sex I was at point of ejactulation when I strained to hold it back I felt a sharp pinch inside my penis. It only hurt for a moment but after sex I felt a burning sensation in the tip and when I tried to urinate it burned, and the urine split into two streams. I feel as if I popped a blood vessel or strained to hard and herniated the tip of my penis
