General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. The answer to your question is plainly yes, Contraceptive pills contain hormones and intake of pills will bring changes is serum levels of hormone [depending on the pill that is being used] that can be tested from body fluids like blood & urine. It is possible to test the serum levels of hormones, but it is not done with your routine blood or urine test without approval of a doctor. You may consider consulting your family physician, discuss this matter and your need to undergo this test.
Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
