Can Consumption Of White Rice Cause Cancer?

Hi, can white rice cause cancer? I really need to know! I eat white rice A LOT! I love it so I kind of have another question... How can I stop myself from eating so much white rice? It's not really healthy for you an it makes you fat so how can I? Thank you! :)

There is no evidence in the literature that states white rice will cause cancer. There is no need of worry. Eating excessive rice might cause obesity
. You should change your diet to include other cereals,fruits and vegetables so that is is balanced diet. You can consult a dietician or refer to internet for a balanced diet. Thank you.
