Can Consuming Red Jello Turn The Stool Red In Colour?

I am 19 years old, 6'1 210 plbs. I think I have had a stomach virus for a few days now constant diahrea and vomiting. Today all my poop has been bright red, but I have been eating a lot of red jello because that is just about the only thing I can keep down. Should I be concerned can red jello turn your poop bright red?
