Can Constant Dull Pain From Back To Rib Be Symptoms Of Kidney Stone?

I have been having a constant dull ache in my left side that radiate from my back-side to under my last rib. It almost feels like gas, but has been considant for about a month. nothing seems to make it better or worse. at times I I feel a rumble in the area. It is the exact sam area all the time so Im wondering If it could be kidney stones.

Constant or severe flank pain may be caused by serious medical infection, like a urinary tract or kidney infection.,herpes zoster,muscle pain,pluritis,radiculitis,rib pain,diverticulitis,appendicitis,etc.
Sudden flank pain can be a symptom of kidney stones.
your doctor would examine for other causes e.g;
