Can Cod Liver Oil Be Consumed On A Daily Basis?
I have been taking cod liver oil since I was 5yrs old. Mother gave it to all of her children from 5yrs old on till grown. never got many colds nor sick much. cholesterol level has always been normal. I am a retired nurse and have always tried to eat healthy.Still take omega-3 cod liver oil caps daily
